No person shall use water for irrigation or sprinkling during the progress of any fire in the city, and all sprinkling and irrigation shall be immediately stopped when an alarm of fire is sounded, and shall not again be used until it has been ascertained that the fire is out. (Ord. 1090 § 20, 1952)
