A. Any vacation petition must be for the entire width of the right-of-way to be vacated and City Council may not vacate only a fraction of the right-of-way width unless an exception is found in subsection B of this section.

B. The City Council may only vacate a portion of a right-of-way if it first adopts findings that the vacation of the entire width is not possible and that the requested partial vacation adequately addresses all factors in AMC 12.50.060. (Ord. 3052 § 1 (Exh. A), 2020)
