A. A hearing on the petition or proposal held before the City Council shall be upon the day fixed by resolution or at the time to which a hearing may be adjourned. Following the hearing, the City Council shall determine whether to vacate the street or alley.

B. The determination or recommendation shall include, but not be limited to, consideration of the factors set forth in AMC 12.50.060. (Ord. 3052 § 1 (Exh. A), 2020)
