A. “Bridge,” for the purpose of this chapter means and includes any structure erected over a ditch, stream, or other similar place to facilitate passage thereover.

B. “Culvert” for the purpose of this chapter means and includes any drain, covered ditch, or any structure, whether of wood, metal or concrete, designed for the conveyance of water beneath the surface and within the confines of any public road, street, or alley in the city. (Ord. 1088 § 1, 1951)
