“City” means the city of Anacortes.

“Arterial” means that term as now or hereafter designated by the city’s arterial functional classification system.

“Designated truck route” means those public roadways within the city limits that have been designated for usage by motor trucks and other heavy or large vehicles pursuant to this chapter.

“Destination point” means the fixed location that the operator of a vehicle must directly access in order to load or unload goods, passengers or other cargo, or to perform services.

“Parking” means that term as defined in RCW 46.04.381, as now or hereafter amended.

“Hazardous cargo” means hazardous materials as defined in RCW 70.136.020(1) as now or hereafter amended.

“Residential area” means those areas of the city which constitute residential districts as defined in RCW 46.04.470, as now or hereafter amended.

“Semitrailer” means that term as defined in RCW 46.04.530, as now or hereafter amended.

“Trailer” means that term as defined in RCW 46.04.620, as now or hereafter amended.

“Motor truck” means that term as defined in RCW 46.04.310, as now or hereafter amended.

“Tractor” means that term as defined in RCW 46.04.650, as now or hereafter amended.

“Truck tractor” means that term as defined in RCW 46.04.655, as now or hereafter amended.

“Vehicle” means that term as defined in RCW 46.04.670, as now or hereafter amended. (Ord. 2906 § 2, 2013)
