10.20.010 U-turns.

A. It is unlawful for any person operating any vehicle upon any public highway of the city to turn the same so as to proceed in an opposite direction at any point other than a permitted street intersection or street end.
B. It is unlawful for any person operating any vehicle to make a U-turn at the following designated intersections:
1. 4th to 8th Streets, inclusive, at their intersections with Commercial Avenue;
2. At the intersection of 6th Street and “I” Avenue;
3. At the intersection of 37th Street and Commercial Avenue. (Ord. 1160 § 2, 1955)
